ShedCheck helps people create private shower shedding logs over time. This policy explains what the current version collects and what it does not collect.
Photo Handling
In this MVP, uploaded photos are previewed in your browser only. They are not sent to our server, saved to cloud storage, or sent to advertising platforms.
Information We Collect
When you join the MVP list or click a plan/preorder button, we may collect:
- Email address, if you submit it.
- Your selected interest or plan.
- Timestamp of the submission.
- Ad attribution parameters such as UTM tags, fbclid, gclid, or referrer.
The tracker can also save entries in your browser's local storage so you can see a short local history on the same device.
Analytics And Advertising
ShedCheck can use optional analytics to understand ad performance. Analytics should only be enabled after a tracking ID is added and consent is collected where required. We do not send emails, notes, photos, or shedding estimates to ad platforms.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to measure MVP demand, follow up with early-access users, and improve the product.
